Guidelines for renting the space
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure accurate scheduling and availability, please book each hour individually. Follow these steps to complete your booking:
1. Select Your Desired Time Slots:
- If you want to book the workshop from 12 PM to 3 PM, you will need to book each hour separately.
- For example, book the 12-1 PM hour, then the 1-2 PM hour, and finally the 2-3 PM hour.
2. Repeat for Each Hour:
- Make sure to repeat the booking process for each additional hour you need. Make sure you include your setup and clean-up time in your booking request.
- This ensures that your total workshop duration is reserved correctly.
3. Confirm Your Booking:
- Once you have selected all the necessary hours, proceed to checkout to confirm your booking.
By following these instructions, you help us manage the studio schedule efficiently and avoid any potential conflicts. Thank you for your cooperation!

AMENITIES:
Capacity: Seating for up to 14 guests (hightop stools), standing room for up to 22. Additional table space is available (you must provide your own table and chairs).
Facilities: Bathroom, air-conditioned, and heated.
Food and Drink: No restrictions, bring your own food or drink
BOOKING AND FEES:
Weekday Rates: $25/hour (Monday through Friday).
Weekend Rates: $75/hour (Saturday and Sunday).
*Additional Charges: $75 fee for exceeding the booked time.
*Cancelations: No refunds or rescheduling will be given for booking cancelation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setup and Cleanup: Include setup and cleanup time in your booking.
Ticketing and Promotion: Up to the instructor. Chuck and Lou will not take a cut of sales.

A: Yes, the space is climate-controlled.
Q: Is the studio space wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, though there is a small ledge at the entrance that could be challenging.
Q: Does the studio supply employees to host or help with my my party?
A: No, the studio does not provide employees for your party.
Q: Can the studio deny or cancel my party?
A: The studio reserves the right to deny and cancel party requests. A full refund for the space will be given within 48 hours if a workshop is denied.
